Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because our services are customized, the payment and cancellation terms stated in an accepted proposal, statement of work, invoice, or service agreement control for that project.
Before work begins
If a client cancels before substantive project work begins, we will review any payment received against work already performed and any non-recoverable third-party costs incurred for that project. Any refund due will be handled according to the accepted project terms and applicable law.
After work begins
Once work has begun, payments attributable to completed work, reserved project time where expressly agreed, delivered milestones, and non-recoverable third-party purchases may not be refundable to the extent stated in the accepted project terms and permitted by law. If a project is cancelled, we will identify the work completed and any remaining balance or refund, if applicable.
Deposits and retainers
A deposit or retainer is treated as non-refundable only when that treatment is clearly stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement and is permitted by applicable law. We do not rely on this webpage alone to convert a payment into a non-refundable deposit.
Third-party charges
Domain registrations, hosting, premium themes, plugins, software subscriptions, stock assets, API charges, payment-processor fees, or other third-party purchases may be non-refundable under the third party’s own rules. When possible, those costs will be disclosed before purchase.
Client delays
Projects may be paused when required content, access, approvals, or responses are materially delayed. Any restart schedule or additional work caused by a prolonged delay will be handled under the accepted project terms.
How to request cancellation
Send a written cancellation request to coregenesis07@gmail.com and identify the project or invoice. We will review the project status and respond with the applicable next steps.
Non-waivable rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive a refund, cancellation, or consumer right that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
